Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this Agreement unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kyt4d Platform, clicking "I Agree" during account registration, or by placing any wager or conducting any transaction on the Platform, you acknowledge that:

1. You have read this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by all its provisions;
2. You have read and accept kyt4d's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference;
3. You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform;
4. You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that past performance of any game or market does not predict future outcomes.

kyt4d reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement takes effect upon publication at kyt4d.club/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain a kyt4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age. You must be at least 21 years of age. kyt4d applies a strict 21+ minimum age requirement, which exceeds the legal minimum in some jurisdictions — this higher threshold reflects kyt4d's own responsible gaming standards and is non-negotiable.
2. Jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Players accessing kyt4d from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so at their own legal risk; kyt4d bears no liability for any consequence arising from such access.
3. Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incapacitated may not register.
4. Self-Exclusion Status. You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order — either one you have voluntarily applied through kyt4d's responsible gaming tools, or one imposed by a competent authority. kyt4d will not knowingly permit a self-excluded person to access gaming features.
5. Single Account. You must not already hold an existing kyt4d Account in your name. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and subject to the sanctions described in Clause 11.

Account Registration

Account registration on kyt4d is completed via the customer support team. During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address (used for account verification and communications);
• Mobile phone number registered in your name;
• Chosen username (permanent — cannot be changed after account creation);
• Preferred payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or other supported channels);
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal processing.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and up to date. kyt4d may request re-verification of any Account detail at any time. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding Balance.

kyt4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole and absolute discretion of kyt4d.

KYC Verification

Before kyt4d will process any withdrawal request, the Account holder must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation to the satisfaction of kyt4d's compliance team:

1. Proof of Identity. A clear copy or photograph of a valid, government-issued photo identity document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. The document must be current (not expired), and must show the holder's full name, date of birth, and photograph.
2. Proof of Payment Method. Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits belongs to the Account holder — for example, a screenshot of the bank account detail screen showing the account holder name and account number, or an e-wallet profile screen showing the registered name matching the KYC name.
3. Additional Documentation. kyt4d may request additional documents in specific circumstances, including proof of source of funds for high-value accounts, or a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address for enhanced due diligence purposes.

KYC documents must be submitted via the designated secure upload channel provided by the kyt4d support team. kyt4d will not accept documents submitted via unencrypted channels. KYC review is completed within 24 to 72 hours of receiving a complete document set. Players whose KYC remains incomplete are permitted to deposit and wager but may not withdraw until verification is approved.

Deposits

kyt4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All supported channels and current minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your kyt4d Account dashboard.

1. Processing Time. Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and supported e-wallets are typically credited to the kyt4d wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases involving bank system delays, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact kyt4d support with your transfer receipt.
2. Deposit Fees. kyt4d does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider for the transfer are the player's responsibility.
3. Declined Deposits. kyt4d may decline a deposit where the payment originates from a source that does not match the Account holder's KYC records, where fraud indicators are present, or where the deposit would breach a player's self-imposed deposit limit. Declined deposits are returned to the originating account within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Third-Party Payments. kyt4d does not accept deposits from payment sources that belong to a third party. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposit attempts will be declined and may trigger a security review of the Account.

Withdrawals

kyt4d processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian national holidays. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. KYC Prerequisite. KYC verification (Clause 5) must be approved before any withdrawal will be processed.
2. Processing Time. Verified Accounts typically receive withdrawal funds within 10 to 20 minutes of request approval to Indonesian bank accounts and supported e-wallets. Processing times may extend during periods of unusually high withdrawal volume.
3. Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawals will only be sent to the bank account or e-wallet registered against the Account during KYC verification. Requests to withdraw to a different account will not be processed without a KYC update and re-verification.
4. Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the Cashier section of the Account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
5. Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in those Bonus Funds being forfeited automatically.
6. Withdrawal Fees. kyt4d does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside kyt4d's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

kyt4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin packages, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Lebaran, Imlek, and Ramadhan. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

1. One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotion is available once per eligible Account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts, multiple deposits, or other circumvention methods constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
2. Wagering Requirements. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, the qualifying deposit, or both. The applicable multiple is disclosed in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
3. Game Weighting. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement fulfilment. Live casino games, specific slot titles, and sports bets may carry different contribution weights (e.g., 10%, 50%, 100%). Contribution weights are disclosed in the specific promotion terms.
4. Expiry. All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Unexpired Bonus Funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements are forfeited at expiry. kyt4d does not extend bonus expiry periods.
5. Abuse and Fraud. kyt4d actively monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage, or fraud. Where such patterns are identified, kyt4d reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any funds that have already been withdrawn as a result of fraudulent bonus activity.
6. Variation. kyt4d may modify or withdraw any ongoing promotion at its reasonable discretion, provided that modifications do not adversely affect players who have already accepted a bonus offer under its original terms.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the kyt4d Platform across all product verticals — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and specialty games including bandar ceme (a traditional Indonesian domino-based card game).

1. Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on each game or market. kyt4d reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without notice.
2. Accepted Wagers. A wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the kyt4d system and a reference number has been issued. Wagers that did not receive a confirmation reference due to connectivity issues or Platform errors are not binding on kyt4d.
3. Obvious Errors. kyt4d reserves the right to void any wager accepted at an obviously incorrect price or with incorrect market parameters — for example, a sports odds entry resulting from a data feed error that placed a clear favourite at extreme underdog prices. Players who identify a pricing error are obligated to report it rather than exploit it. Winnings arising from obvious errors will be voided.
4. Malfunction. In the event of a Malfunction, all wagers affected by the Malfunction are void and stakes are returned to the player's Account. "Malfunction voids all pays" applies to all game types where the game outcome cannot be verified as fair due to a technical disruption.
5. Sportsbook-Specific Rules. Detailed sportsbook rules — covering event postponements, walkovers, incomplete matches, Asian Handicap settlement, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) settlement — are published in the Sportsbook Help section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

Responsible Gaming

kyt4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the Account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited to the Account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may only be reduced (tightened) immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders — configurable alerts that notify the player when a session has exceeded a chosen duration.
• Loss Limit Alerts — notifications triggered when net losses within a period reach a player-defined threshold.
• Cooling-Off Period — a temporary restriction on access to gaming features, configurable from 24 hours to 30 days. The cooling-off period begins immediately and cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion — a permanent or long-term (minimum 6 months) exclusion from all gaming activities on kyt4d. Self-exclusion requests submitted via account settings or support take effect within 24 hours. kyt4d will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, including blocking login attempts from the associated device and email address.

Players who feel that gambling is adversely affecting their financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships are encouraged to use these tools immediately and to contact kyt4d's 24/7 support team, who can assist with immediate account restrictions and provide signposting to professional support resources. 21+ Only. kyt4d enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any player found to be under 21 at the time of registration will have their account immediately suspended, all transactions voided, and deposited funds returned to the originating payment source.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kyt4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all wagers and winnings, forfeiture of any Balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account in the same individual's name;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other form of strategic manipulation that exploits Platform pricing errors;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under 21 years of age;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kyt4d staff or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kyt4d Platform — including but not limited to the kyt4d brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the property of kyt4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access Platform content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from kyt4d. Unauthorised use of kyt4d's intellectual property may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Privacy & Data

kyt4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, kyt4d collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, and (with your consent) marketing communications. kyt4d applies industry-standard security measures to protect personal data and does not sell or transfer it to unaffiliated third parties except where required for payment processing, compliance obligations, or as directed by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kyt4d's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to the Platform in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kyt4d shall not be liable — under contract, tort, statutory duty, or any other theory — for any of the following, whether or not foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical errors beyond kyt4d's reasonable control, including ISP failures, force majeure events, government actions, or natural disasters;
• Losses arising from the player's own breach of this Agreement, including losses arising from prohibited conduct as described in Clause 11.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits kyt4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Dispute Resolution

kyt4d operates a structured dispute resolution process. Players who wish to raise a dispute must follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Initial Contact. Submit a written dispute via the kyt4d live chat support channel or by email to the address provided in Clause 18 within 30 calendar days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted outside this window will not be considered.
2. Step 2 — First-Line Review. kyt4d's customer support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and conduct an initial review within 5 business days. A written response will be provided detailing the outcome of the review and, where applicable, any remedial action.
3. Step 3 — Escalation. If the player is not satisfied with the first-line response, the dispute may be escalated in writing to kyt4d's compliance department within 10 business days of the first-line response. The compliance team will conduct an independent review and issue a final written decision within 15 business days.
4. Step 4 — External Review. If the player remains unsatisfied following the compliance team's final decision, they may seek independent review through an appropriate dispute resolution body in their jurisdiction. kyt4d will cooperate with any such body in good faith.

During the dispute resolution process, kyt4d may place a temporary hold on the relevant portion of the Account Balance. Disputed funds will not be released until the dispute is fully resolved.

Amendments to This Agreement

kyt4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, kyt4d will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, notifying registered players by email.

The updated Agreement will be published at kyt4d.club/terms-conditions and will display the effective date and version number. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw your Balance before the amendment takes effect.

Governing Law

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kyt4d is registered and incorporated as an international entertainment platform.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia that cannot be excluded or waived by contract. kyt4d acknowledges that Indonesian consumer protection legislation may apply to transactions conducted with Indonesian residents and will not seek to exclude such statutory rights where they are mandatory under Indonesian law.

Players agree that any legal proceedings relating to this Agreement shall be conducted in English, and that all formal correspondence with kyt4d's legal and compliance teams shall also be conducted in English.
